About the Role
As an Infant/Toddler Teacher, you will manage the classroom in compliance with regulations and company standards, create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans, supervise children during activities, and maintain effective communication with parents. You will also ensure the classroom environment is clean and safe, and complete necessary paperwork accurately.
About You
Required:
- 90 clock hours in Child Development and Curriculum Planning plus 45 clock hours of Infant/Toddler Training OR 90 clock hours Infant/Toddler Child Development and Curriculum.
- AA degree (or college credit equivalent) in Early Childhood Education or higher is preferred.
- MD state credential Level 5.
Preferred:
- 9 clock hours of training in communicating with staff, parents, and the public if no college coursework has been completed.
