About the Role
About You
- Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license in NY.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in infection control or related clinical role.
- Strong knowledge of infection prevention principles, microbiology, epidemiology, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) and infection surveillance software.
- Certification in Infection Control (CIC) preferred or must be obtained within 12–18 months of hire.
- Experience in acute care, long-term care, or public health settings.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive change in clinical environments.
- Experience with risk management and quality improvement initiatives.
Benefits
- Competitive salary range of $115k–$130k.
- Full-time employment with standard working hours from 9:00AM to 5:30PM.
