Summary
CPG is seeking an Information & Facility Security Officer to join their team in Ashburn, VA. The role involves overseeing federal government contracts and compliance programs, with a focus on the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC).
About the Role
As the Information & Facility Security Officer, you will manage the security of federal government contracts, ensure compliance with federal regulations, and lead the company's CMMC program. Your responsibilities will include developing security policies, conducting audits, coordinating training programs, and serving as the primary contact for security matters with government agencies.
About You
Required:
- Active Clearance of Secret or Higher
- U.S. Citizen
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in security management, preferably in a federal government contracting environment.
- Strong knowledge of federal security regulations, including NIST, ITAR, and DFARS.
- Working knowledge/experience with CMMC requirements and implementation.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience.
Preferred:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications such as SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
