About the Role

As an IA Policy and Compliance Certified Professional Team Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring all work is performed according to the Performance Work Statement, managing team certifications and training, serving as the ACC HQ System(s) Information System Security Officer (ISSO), and maintaining eMASS records. You will also develop and update system-level artifacts, inventory hardware and software, run and analyze vulnerability scans, and ensure compliance with security technical implementation guides (STIGs). Additionally, you will create and maintain plans of action and milestones (POAM) and continuous monitoring (CONMON) processes, and develop custom solutions to facilitate RMF requirements.

About You

Required:

In-depth working knowledge of RMF.
Working knowledge of PowerShell, Power Platform, Python, etc.
Understanding of implementation plan and test results as defined by DoD, Army, NETCOM, and ACC requirements.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication skills, including written, face-to-face, and virtual.
