About the Role
About You
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3+ years of experience supporting enterprise desktop environments.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune or other endpoint management tools.
- Knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems, Microsoft Office and email systems, enterprise patch management, and hardware troubleshooting and repair.
- CompTIA Security+ (or DoD 8570/8140 compliant certification).
- Experience supporting U.S. Army baseline systems.
- Familiarity with Army Enterprise Service Desk tools.
- Experience supporting classroom AV and Microsoft Teams environments.
