About the Role
About You
- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience OR Master’s with 6+ OR 12 years of direct IO planning experience.
- Minimum 5 years of IO planning experience at a joint/service level.
- Formal OIE background (e.g., FA30, or equivalent civilian/contractor training).
- Strong knowledge of joint planning, targeting, and doctrinal processes.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance.
- Master’s degree in Strategic Communications, Information Ops, or National Security.
- Completion of JIOPC, OPSEC Planners Course, or similar military planning courses.
- SAMS or SAW Graduate.
- Operational experience supporting CENTCOM AOR is preferred; INDOPACOM or AFRICOM is also acceptable.
- Familiarity with MILDEC, EW, Cyber, MISO, Public Affairs, Civil Affairs, Space And Intelligence Operations.
- Strong cross-functional teamwork and communication skills.
