Lockheed Martin is seeking an Information Systems Security Officer - Mid Career (Level 3) to join their team in King of Prussia, PA. The role involves overseeing information system security operations and ensuring compliance with security requirements.
About the Role
As an Information Systems Security Officer, you will partner with the security team and government customers to secure critical engineering and manufacturing systems. Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day security operations, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with internal and customer security policies. You will also have the opportunity to engage in various aspects of cybersecurity, contributing to national security and enjoying a work-life balance.
About You
Required:
- Final Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret.
- DoD 8140 IAM Level II certification.
- Information Systems auditing experience.
- Knowledge of operating system security requirements.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard Information Assurance.
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating system and network device security configurations.
Preferred:
- Experience with information system security auditing and investigations.
- Hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools (Splunk, Nessus, Antivirus software, SCAP, etc.).
- Experience with developing and maintaining RMF security system plans.
- Mature communication skills and experience coordinating among stakeholders.
- Experience providing cybersecurity support to U.S. DoD or Intelligence Community customers.
- Proven ability to obtain and maintain system authorizations-to-operate (ATO).
- Experience hardening and managing security in large system environments.
- Experience implementing new technologies at multiple classification levels.
- Experience with DLP configuration and deployments.
- Experience with next generation firewall advanced configurations.
- Knowledge of NIST Special Publications 800 Series.
