About the Role
As an IT Field Support Technician, you will be responsible for delivering mid-level Tier 1 and Tier 2 support at the support center and various healthcare facilities throughout Wisconsin. Your duties will include troubleshooting and resolving issues with networks, phones, laptops, PCs, printers, tablets, and mobile devices. You will also participate in the growth of the support center and may need to travel frequently to different sites for onsite support.
About You
Required:
- Proficient experience in hardware/software/peripheral support.
- Ability to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support.
Preferred:
- Experience working in a healthcare IT environment.
- Familiarity with MS 365 and related technologies.
