- One year of experience as an Information Technology Manager I.
- Seven years of information technology experience performing progressively responsible technical, analytical, supervisory, or managerial tasks.
- A master's or doctorate degree from an accredited college or university.
- Experience in a lead capacity on complex information technology systems.
