About You
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred in IT or IS.
- Five or more years of experience as an IT support specialist in a professional services environment.
- Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with iManage or Document Management systems.
- Experience in training and development.
- Law Firm experience and working knowledge of the legal process.
