About You
Required:
- Associates degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of technical support or helpdesk experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret various instructions.
- Knowledge of current technology and trends in the IT field.
- Effective communication skills with customers and co-workers.
Preferred:
- Experience with Microsoft Windows and Apple workstation operating systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- Understanding of enterprise network equipment such as switches and routers.
- Knowledge of antivirus, malware, and ransomware prevention.
