About the Role
As an Information Technology Support Technician, you will assist in sustaining training for government and contractor personnel on JRTC hardware and software. You will receive technical guidance from supervisors and may provide guidance to other technicians. Your responsibilities will include performing diagnostic and minor maintenance tasks on computer hardware and ensuring compliance with accepted practices.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma.
- CompTIA Security+ certification.
- Extensive knowledge in standard commercial ADP practices.
- Ability to perform diagnostic and minor maintenance tasks on state-of-the-art computer COTS hardware equipment.
- Must be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
Preferred:
- Associate Degree.
- CompTIA A+ certification.
- 3 years’ experience in technical diagnostic and troubleshooting techniques for computer systems and networks.
