- 5+ years of experience in desktop hardware/software support, including networking.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for both PC and Mac systems.
- Experience providing remote and in-person technical support.
- Familiarity with network connectivity and switch hardware replacement.
- Knowledge of Cisco and Aruba technologies.
