About the Role
As the Manager, Infrastructure & Cloud Engineering, you will lead and mentor the Infrastructure and DevOps teams, oversee AWS environments and hybrid infrastructure, ensure operational reliability, and drive cloud cost optimization. You will also provide technical leadership in DevOps practices, implement security configurations, and manage vendor relationships to ensure effective operations.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure engineering with strong AWS proficiency.
- 2+ years of experience in team leadership or people management.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps tooling, CI/CD systems, Infrastructure-as-Code, and automation frameworks.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, firewalls, VPCs, VPNs, DNS, and load balancing.
- Experience maintaining secure, compliant systems aligned with SOC 2, HIPAA, or similar frameworks.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred:
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
