- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8+ years of relevant experience in change management, construction, or life sciences.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Experience in construction project environments within life sciences, pharmaceutical, or biotech sectors.
