About the Role

As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for problem management and resolution of issues in a timely manner, prioritizing tasks, mentoring Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams, and maintaining excellent IT documentation. You will work on various IT infrastructure technologies and ensure effective project design and implementation.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's Degree preferred.
8+ years hands-on IT experience.
Excellent knowledge and experience using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Office, Excel, and Access.
Experience with Windows Server 2000/2003/2008R2/2012R2/2016.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Active Directory including Azure AD.

Preferred:

Certifications such as Citrix CCA-V, CCP-V strongly preferred.
Microsoft MCSE: Productivity strongly desired.
Experience with Citrix Technologies (Architect, Implementations, Migrations).
Experience with VMware Server Virtualization Technologies.
Experience with Enterprise Storage solutions such as ExaGrid, Compellent, and Nimble.
