About the Role
As an Infrastructure Finance and Clean Energy Finance Underwriter, you will be responsible for all underwriting activities including credit memo production and transaction diligence. You will interface with bankers to support credit extension requests, prepare detailed credit analyses, perform financial statement assessments, and ensure compliance with credit policies. Additionally, you will identify process improvements and mentor junior Credit Officers.
About You
Required:
- 5-8 years relevant experience in infrastructure finance and/or clean energy finance underwriting.
- Proven analytical skills including the ability to read and assess financial statements and cash flow.
- Demonstrated knowledge of intermediate accounting theory and its practical application in credit underwriting.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred:
- Experience with complicated business structures including foreign subsidiaries.
- Proficient in financial analysis software and advanced Excel functionalities.
