About the Role
As an Injection Molding Technical Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting injection molding operations, collaborating with senior executives and maintenance personnel, and resolving quality and production issues. You will also oversee equipment maintenance, implement engineering revisions, and ensure compliance with safety checks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Injection Molding knowledge and experience in processing machines and supervision.
- Experience working in a high volume manufacturing facility with error proofing software systems, preferably automotive.
- Specific experience in manufacturing assembly and plastic joining technologies.
Preferred:
- Experience with injection tooling and robotic programming.
- Knowledge of vacuum forming and plastic laser scoring for PAB applications.
- Tooling experience.
