About the Role
As an Innovation Fellow, you will be responsible for designing and testing scalable programs that extend beyond academics, building and validating a physical model campus, developing parent-facing messaging and market strategies, defining quality standards, and acting as the public face of the model to drive visibility.
About You
Required:
- Built and scaled a high-impact venture from scratch with at least 1M USD yearly revenue.
- Deep understanding of gifted students through personal or professional experience.
- Comfortable using AI to accelerate execution and decision-making.
- Proven ability to articulate a compelling vision and convert skeptics into believers.
- Based in the U.S. with the ability to travel regularly to Austin.
Preferred:
- Experience in physical operations or education.
- Strong network in the education sector.
