About the Role
As the Innovation Project Lead, you will drive transformative initiatives that enable real-time clinical data access and implement AI/ML processing within Sanofi's R&D organization. Your responsibilities include leading AI innovation, gathering business requirements, designing end-to-end solutions, managing project lifecycles, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, driving adoption of solutions, and continuously improving performance.
About You
Required:
- Advanced degree in Biostatistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related scientific field.
- 5+ years' minimum experience in clinical data management, statistical analyses, or healthcare technology.
- 2+ years minimum experience in clinical development processes with a strong understanding of clinical trial data processing and analysis.
- Exceptional project management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with agile methodologies, business process management, and digital transformation.
