About the Role
As the Innovative Medicine Regulatory Compliance HEAD, you will report to the Vice President and be responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust compliance program. Your duties will include acting as a senior regulatory compliance strategist, leading the identification and mitigation of compliance risks, partnering with senior stakeholders, and designing comprehensive compliance programs. You will also monitor regulatory trends and develop strategic plans to align with organizational objectives.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Science or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Operations, Engineering, and/or Regulatory Compliance.
- Significant experience in managing Quality and Regulatory Compliance in a global context.
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical regulated healthcare environment.
- Detailed knowledge of Pharmaceutical sector regulatory requirements.
- Experience working with Regulatory Agencies or Health Authorities.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with Regulatory agencies.
- Strong analytical skills and experience implementing risk-based oversight programs.
- People management experience of at least 10 years.
Preferred:
- Master's Degree.
- Direct experience supporting a company under consent decree by the FDA.
- Previous experience working inside a regulatory agency.
- Knowledge of Large Molecules, Advanced Therapies, and Small Molecule.
