About the Role
As the Innovative Programs Manager, you will lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of educational youth programming, coordinate collaboration with stakeholders, manage project systems, and support grant applications and reporting. You will also conduct research and analysis to inform decision-making and prepare materials for various programs.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as education, public administration, social work, social sciences, or nonprofit management.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a related field.
- Texas driver’s license and a good driving record.
Preferred:
- Graduate degree in a relevant field.
