Summary
ProHealth Care is seeking an Inpatient Pharmacist to join their team at Waukesha Memorial Hospital, working part-time (.6 FTE) during Days/PM shifts.
About the Role
As an Inpatient Pharmacist, you will promote positive patient outcomes by utilizing pharmaceutical care. Your responsibilities will include incorporating clinical skills and customer service strategies to achieve the organization's goals. You will work primarily first shift with some second shift requirements, and may be required to enter ante/buffer rooms and hood spaces.
About You
Required:
- Pharmacist License required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Preferred:
- EPIC Healthcare experience preferred
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
- Omnicell, KitCheck, CPM (medication carousel) and Pharmacy Keeper experience preferred
