About the Role
As an Inpatient Pharmacy Tech, you will assist in all pharmacy operations functions, including the preparation, dispensing, distribution, and delivery of medications for special populations such as neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, and young adults. You will ensure compliance with department and hospital policies to provide optimal pharmaceutical care.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED, or relevant experience in lieu of education.
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) required upon hire or within the first 12 months of employment.
- Relevant experience in pharmacy operations.
Preferred:
- Strong analytical and collaborative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively.
