About the Role
As an Inside Mortgage Originator, you will be responsible for developing and executing business plans to meet and exceed sales goals. You will maintain a network of referral sources, explain mortgage products to customers, and coordinate documentation from application to closing. The position requires flexibility in scheduling, including evening and weekend hours for networking and meetings.
About You
Required:
- Associate’s degree in business or related discipline and two (2) years’ experience in sales or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- NMLS Certification required or ability to obtain upon hire.
Preferred:
- Two (2) years mortgage or lending experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
