About the Role

As an Inside Physical Damage Appraiser, you will inspect damaged vehicles, develop repair cost information, negotiate agreements, and evaluate repair options for claims. You will maintain knowledge of automobile construction and repair techniques, communicate with various stakeholders regarding inspections, and work towards resolving claims, including attending arbitrations and mediations as necessary.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 3 years working as a physical damage appraiser.
Possess a valid driver's license.

Preferred:

Knowledge of CCC software.
Above average communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to resolve complex issues.
Ability to organize and interpret data.
Ability to handle multiple assignments.
