About the Role

As an Inside Physical Damage Appraiser, you will inspect damaged vehicles, develop repair cost information, negotiate agreements, and evaluate repair options. You will maintain knowledge of automobile construction and repair techniques, ensuring compliance with safety standards. The role requires effective communication with various stakeholders and may involve attending arbitrations or trials. You will also handle investigations and may be required to travel for catastrophe duty.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 3 years working as a physical damage appraiser.
Possess a valid driver's license.

Preferred:

Knowledge of CCC software.
Above average communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to resolve complex issues.
Organize and interpret data.
Ability to handle multiple assignments.
