Summary
Ohio Cat is seeking an Inside Product Support Sales Representative to join their team in Perrysburg, OH. The role involves contacting customers to increase parts and service sales while building consultative relationships.
About the Role
As an Inside Product Support Sales Representative, you will primarily contact Ohio CAT customers by telephone within an established geographic territory. Your responsibilities include increasing parts and service sales, managing an account base of approximately 250 established customers, preparing and presenting quotes for parts and estimates for equipment repairs, and promoting sales campaigns. You will also be the primary point of contact for customers regarding dealer parts, maintenance supplies, and services, with potential travel to customer sites as needed.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Prior industry knowledge of the products, along with a technical background of the products sold and serviced.
- Telephone sales experience.
Preferred:
- Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Software.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to exceed customer expectations.
