- High School Diploma or GED.
- One year previous inside property claim handling experience or successful completion of Travelers Inside Claim Representative training program.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 2+ years previous inside property claim handling experience.
- Advanced interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Intermediate organizational and time management skills.
- Intermediate judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills.
