- 4-year college degree or 1 to 2 years’ experience selling multiple Medicare products.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Ability to multitask and effectively use a computer while interacting with customers.
- Life & Health insurance license (to be obtained within 60 days of employment).
- Experience in a high-pressure, achievement-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic mathematical operations.
