About the Role
As an Inside Sales Rep I, you will be responsible for engaging healthcare professionals through phone interactions, providing product education, and managing customer requests. You will work in a fast-paced environment, meeting established call volume metrics while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Your role will also involve collaborating with field sales and marketing teams to enhance effectiveness and drive demand.
About You
Required:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
At least 2 years of customer service and/or sales experience.
Strong verbal communication skills and ability to build relationships.
Preferred:
Understanding of medical terminology.
Knowledge of the medical device or pharmaceutical market.
Experience in the healthcare industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
Excellent time management skills.
