About the Role
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for owning your territory, reaching out to small and mid-sized business owners and HR leaders, building your pipeline from scratch, guiding clients through the benefits buying process, and identifying cross-sell opportunities. You will also partner with seasoned brokers and account managers, stay updated on industry trends, and track your activity using sales technology.
About You
Required:
- Strong grit and resilience in the face of rejection.
- Ability to take feedback and improve quickly.
- Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and explain complex ideas.
Preferred:
- Active Life & Health license or willingness to obtain it within 30 days.
- Experience in sales or business development.
