About You
- College degree in Business, Management, Technical, or related field (Equivalent work experience considered in lieu of a degree).
- 3+ years of experience in heavy equipment parts and service sales.
- Strong communication and professional interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify customer needs and propose relevant service solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual – English/Spanish.
- Familiarity with Caterpillar equipment and service systems.
