Summary
Safe Life AB is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to join their team in Brentwood, TN. The role involves using sales and relationship building skills to expand life-saving readiness capabilities through AEDs and related training.
About the Role
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for building relationships with current and prospective customers, educating them about AEDs and CPR training, and influencing sales to achieve quota expectations. You will manage the sales process, document interactions in the CRM, and collaborate with training and program management teams to ensure exceptional service.
About You
Required:
- Associate’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of high touch customer engagement or related sales experience.
- Previous experience in sales/account management with demonstrated success in achieving sales goals.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Previous experience with CRM and/or ERP.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new technology quickly.
