Summary
Arbon Equipment Corporation is seeking an Install Apprentice to join their team in Salt Lake City, UT. The role involves inspecting, repairing, maintaining, and installing customer equipment while building trusted partnerships with customers.
About the Role
As an Install Apprentice, you will be responsible for timely and proper inspection, repair, maintenance, and installation of customer equipment. You will develop and maintain good customer relations, comply with company policies and safety guidelines, and perform installations and repairs in the field. You may also guide less experienced Service Technicians and complete necessary paperwork associated with field service. This position may require occasional domestic overnight travel for training and customer support.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- One to five years of experience in repair and service of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical equipment.
- Valid driver's license and passing DOT medical exam.
Preferred:
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, blueprints, and schematics.
- Experience in customer service and effective communication skills.
