Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) HQ is seeking an Installation Child and Youth Program Director to oversee child and youth programs at Naval Base Kitsap (NBK) in Bremerton, WA.
About the Role
As the Installation Child and Youth Program Director, you will provide oversight to all child and youth programs, ensuring they are safe, healthy, secure, and developmentally appropriate for children and youth ages 6 weeks to 18 years. You will work closely with the Navy's Child and Youth Program Branch and the Fleet and Family Readiness Division to facilitate high-quality services.

Required:
Experience in managing child and youth programs.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Preferred:
Background in early childhood education or child development.
Knowledge of Navy policies and procedures related to child and youth programs.
