Summary
CAPTRUST is seeking an Institutional Client Management Consultant to join their team in Charlotte, NC. The role involves servicing and retaining institutional client relationships, working closely with financial advisors.
About the Role
As an Institutional Client Management Consultant, you will deliver exceptional service as part of a team, aid in the retention of existing client relationships, assist with client conversion processes, create sales presentations, and ensure the accuracy of client reports and records. You will also build relationships with external business partners to facilitate efficient execution of objectives for shared clients.
About You
Required:
- A minimum of 6+ years' experience working in client services for an organization that provides retirement plan services.
- Understanding of retirement plans from an operational, record-keeping, and investment perspective.
- Proficiency in navigating CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
Preferred:
- Working knowledge of ERISA guidelines and regulations.
- Understanding of various levels of investments and their impact on plan participants.
- Experience working with financial advisors.
