About the Role
As an Instructional Aide, you will work under the direction of certified personnel to support the delivery of effective instructional programs. Your responsibilities will include working with individual students or small groups, assisting in enrichment or remedial work, operating classroom equipment, and maintaining a conducive learning environment. You will also participate in professional development and collaborate with staff while maintaining student confidentiality.
About You
Required:
- Possesses valid County Substitute Certificate.
- Demonstrates skill in both written and oral communications and human relations.
- Successfully completes required criminal history check and has proof of U.S. Citizenship or legal resident alien status.
Preferred:
- Possesses valid New Jersey teaching certificate or Certificate of Eligibility with Advanced Standing.
- Holds Bachelor's Degree.
