About the Role
As an Instructional Aide, you will provide academic support and implement interventions for small groups of students under the direct supervision of the classroom teacher. Your responsibilities will include assisting with student supervision, monitoring students during various activities, and addressing individual student needs as directed by the teacher or principal. You will also be expected to demonstrate cooperation and integrity while performing your duties.
About You
Required:
- Paraprofessional Certification
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- High expectations for primary age students
Preferred:
- Experience working with young children
