As an Instructional Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the teacher in various tasks such as assisting with district and state-wide testing, devising strategies for reinforcing material, guiding independent study, checking notebooks, supervising testing, and maintaining ethical behavior and confidentiality regarding student information. You will also assist with students' basic needs and implement behavior plans for students with aggressive behaviors.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
Preferred:
- Some college education preferred.
- Experience working with students in an educational setting.
