About the Role
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, organizational behavior, or a related field.
- 4 years of organizational learning and development experience.
- Strong knowledge of learning and development best practices and learning management systems.
- Demonstrated experience in training and teaching.
- Industry-related experience in instructional design and training.
- Demonstrated experience in graphic design.
- Experience providing instructional design support for learning initiatives in a global organization.
- Experience designing blended learning programs.
