About You
- Two-plus years of experience in adult learning, instructional design, or a similar capacity.
- Proficiency in Articulate Storyline for creating interactive learning experiences.
- Strong understanding of gamification principles and experience in e-learning design.
- Strong graphic/visual design skills for content creation.
- Experience managing projects independently from evaluation to improvement.
- Master's degree in Instructional design technology, education, or communication.
- Experience using AI tools for writing and video creation.
- Familiarity with compliance programs such as GDPR, ISO27001, SOX, SOC 2, and PCI.
- Knowledge of Information Security.
