About You
- 3–5+ years of experience in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, or Curriculum Development.
- Strong experience developing training materials, job aids, and learning content.
- Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design frameworks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft 365, and LMS or e-learning tools.
- Experience with tools such as Storyline, Rise, Canva, Adobe Express, or similar platforms.
- Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in fast-paced, changing environments.
- Experience supporting M&A integration, enterprise onboarding, or organizational transitions.
- Experience supporting banking, financial services, or enterprise environments.
- Strong visual design and content structuring capabilities.
- Ability to simplify complex operational processes into effective learning content.
- Strong attention to detail and collaborative mindset.
