About the Role
As an Instructor for the Electro-Mechanical Program, you will facilitate engaging hybrid instruction, guide learners through a comprehensive curriculum, and provide practical demonstrations in a lab environment. You will also implement curriculum improvements, support learners' progress, and manage operational duties such as maintaining training records and coordinating lab materials.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in electrical, electronics, controls systems, industrial automation, mechanical maintenance, or related technical field.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Technical certifications in automation, robotics, or maintenance (e.g., Allen Bradley, Siemens, FANUC, PLC, OSHA 10/30, etc.).
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or related field.
