About the Role
As an Instructor of Clinical Family & Community Medicine, you will be responsible for developing and delivering core curriculum conferences in prenatal, delivery, and antenatal care. You will teach family medicine residents, participate in rounds and home visits, and assist in the development of outreach prenatal clinics in underserved populations. Additionally, you will maintain certification as an Advanced Life Support in Obstetrics Provider and participate in collaborative departmental research.
About You
Required:
- Certification as a Nurse Midwife at time of hire.
- Licensed or eligible to be licensed as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse at time of hire.
- Sensitive to the needs of underrepresented minority populations.
Preferred:
- Experience working in a federally qualified health center or rural health clinic.
- Experience in teaching.
Benefits
- Competitive salary range of $118k–$130k based on experience and qualifications.
- Additional clinical compensation provided separately through a member practice agreement.
