About the Role
As an Instrument Sterilization Attendant, you will be responsible for preparing, decontaminating, and disinfecting instruments, ensuring adherence to sterilization protocols, distributing and collecting instrument supplies, and maintaining inventory of equipment. You will also operate various types of sterilization equipment and provide customer service and patient care support in the dental clinics.
About You
Required:
- An Associate's Degree or two year college equivalent and 0 to 1 year of experience for Instrument Sterilization Tech A.
- An Associate's Degree or two year college equivalent and 1 to 2 years of experience for Instrument Sterilization Tech B.
- Ability to push or pull up to 150 lbs. and lift up to 100 lbs.
- Ability to follow detailed oral and written instructions.
Preferred:
- Dental or medical background.
- Experience in a team-oriented, fast-paced working environment.
