About the Role
As an Instrumentation Associate I, you will perform preventive and predictive maintenance inspections, write work orders, calibrate and troubleshoot various instrumentation and controls, assist in Root Cause Analysis of failures, and adhere to safety and environmental guidelines.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience working with computers
- Related technical degree from an accredited institution
- Experience with PLC's (Programmable Logic Controllers)
Preferred:
- Advanced degree/certification in engineering, electrical/mechanical systems, paper manufacturing, or reliability
- Experience in Work Order Planning, and BOM updates and development in SAP
- 2 or more years of experience in the pulp and paper industry
- 1 or more years of experience in maintenance or reliability
- Experience with basic mechanical maintenance and/or machine troubleshooting
