You will also stay current on insurance products and assist customers in understanding their coverage options.
About You
Required:
- A minimum of one year of Property and Casualty Insurance experience, preferably with a brokerage that handles multiple carriers.
- Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Property and Casualty License (preferred but not required).
- Proficient working knowledge of G-Suite and Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment.
