About You
- Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance Licensing (preferred, not required; must be willing to obtain at candidate's expense).
- 75K proof of investable capital (not a franchise fee; proof of funds must be seasoned for 60 days).
- Ability to pass background checks including criminal history and credit/financial checks.
- Completion of the Business Plan/Cash flow analysis with assistance from AAA.
- Experience in sales or business management.
- Ability to secure and manage licensed staff.
Benefits
- $20,000 Agency Launch Bonus.
- $20,000 Marketing Reimbursement ($5,000 a quarter).
- Agency Development Bonus (ADB) for the first 36 months.
