About You
- Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance Licensing (preferred, not required).
- Proof of investable capital of $75K.
- Ability to pass background checks including criminal history and credit/financial checks.
- Completion of a Business Plan/Cash flow analysis with assistance from AAA.
- Experience in sales or business management.
- Ability to secure and manage licensed staff.
Benefits
- $20,000 Agency Launch Bonus upon launching the agency.
- Marketing Reimbursement of $20,000 or more (up to $10K a quarter).
- Agency Development Bonus (ADB) for the first 36 months based on new commissions.
